                                                                                              Pinot Meunier de Bisseuil, raisins pour l'élaboration du Rosé&lt;br /&gt;                                                                                      &lt;span style="color: rgb(153, 51, 153);"&gt;Pinot Meunier of Bisseuil, grapes for the development of the Ros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 102);"&gt;é&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Commençées le 16 septembre, avec un soleil omni présent durant la cueillette, les vendanges se révèlent d’une  qualité parfaite et une quantité normale.&lt;br /&gt;7 équipes d’une douzaine de  vendangeurs se partageront la cueillette, réparties sur Damery, Bisseuil, Epernay et Chouilly.&lt;br /&gt;Une bonne densité de sucre et une acidité parfaite laissent présager un excellent vin, pourquoi pas un millésime, ce qui sera vérifié lors de la vinification.&lt;br /&gt;Un rendement très hétérogène d’un secteur à un autre, une floraison qui s’est mal passée, des nuits trop fraiches provoqueront la « coulure » de plusieurs grains&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(153, 51, 153);"&gt;Started on September 16, with a sun omni present during the gathering, the grape harvest appears of a perfect quality and a normal quantity. 7 teams of a dozen vintagers will share the gathering, divided on Damery, Bisseuil, Epernay and Chouilly. Il aimait nous rendre visite, faire le tour des vignes comme il disait. Pluies  pratiquement continues, rafale de vents, orages souvent accompagnés de grêle, températures bien basses pour la saison auront marqués ce mois de juin et début juillet.&lt;br /&gt;Cependant, la vigne reste saine au niveau des maladies, hormis quand même quelques dégâts de grêle suite à l’orage du 3/07.Une quinzaine de grains en moyenne touchés par grappes exposées, sur Epernay et Bisseuil. Il faut quand même être vigilant et raisonné de façon a ne pas traiter la vigne systématiquement.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;If the vine continues its growth normally, with a flowering at the end of May mitigated enough according to the vineyards, with some bunches “flowering sterile” in some pieces, it is not the same for the climatic conditions. Une semaine chaude, humide, orageuse avec des bourrasques de vent. Un orage d’une rare violence s’est abattu sur notre vignoble de Chouilly vendredi soir, accompagné de vent, énorme quantité d’eau et malheureusement de grêle, notre pire ennemi. Si le vent a favorisé la chute des capuchons floraux, la grêle a par contre détruit et hachée de nombreuses feuilles et de grappes et futurs bois de taille. Pour le moment, il va falloir être vigilent, les maladies risquent de se développer dans un vignoble qui se retrouve stressé et en état de choc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;The flowering of the vine proceeded this week. les fleurs de vignes sont hermaphrodites(elles peuvent se féconder elle même) et à ce titre, un seul pied permet d'obtenir une fructification.Apres l'éclosion des boutons floraux et à la fin de la fécondation apparaissent de jeunes baies minuscules (futurs  grains)on parle alors de NOUAISON.
